Hello.

At Providence Consulting,

we specialize in transforming complexity into clarity across the healthcare landscape. We bring together decades of transfusion medicine expertise, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and the kind of creative strategy that moves teams forward. Led by founder and nationally recognized expert Tricia Sanders, our mission is to elevate performance, reduce risk, and help our clients succeed.

Meet Tricia.

Tricia is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in transfusion medicine and business development. She completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Illinois University and holds a Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) certification from the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Tricia’s career spans multiple roles in AABB-accredited IRLs and donor centers, where she began as a bench technologist before progressing into blood center leadership. In her leadership roles, she oversaw component preparation and viral testing. Tricia’s expertise later extended into business development, where she honed her skills in driving organizational growth and innovation.

For 13 years, Tricia worked at Immucor (now Werfen), a global leader in transfusion medicine, where she contributed to the company's growth and success in various capacities. She eventually transitioned to launching her own consulting business, Providence Consulting Services (PCS). Through PCS, Tricia offers consulting in transfusion medicine, technical leadership, regulatory support, and education, helping healthcare providers optimize their operations and improve patient care.
